Description
“Ottopuntosei” Rosso Campania Frizzante PGI
“This product is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified and guarantees that it is authentically produced and bottled in its specific historic region of Italy using traditional methods.”
Organoleptic properties: On the spicy, intriguing nose, notes of red fruit such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry dominate, accompanied by hints of violet and rose. On the palate the wine is fresh and sparkling, with a slightly mineral, tannic finish that gives the sip a pleasing complexity. Extremely versatile and perfect with cured meats, fresh or aged cheeses, seafood dishes and white meat; it is splendid with Neapolitan pizza – thanks to its freshness, which cleanses the palate and balances the flavour.
