📦 Storage & preparation: store unopened at 0 °C to +4 °C; consume within 1 day of opening. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, remove the focaccia from its packaging, drizzle with a few drops of fresh olive oil if you like and bake crispy on the middle rack directly on the grid for about 10–15 minutes.

Serving tip: cut into strips after baking and serve still warm with an Italian antipasti platter of olives, Parma ham and mozzarella. Also excellent as a snack served cold at room temperature.
